The coffee Kamil Zalewski used during the 2025 Polish Barista Championship.

A perfect barista.
I once again managed to make it to the MPB finals and ultimately took 5th place. I improved by 100 points, but as the competition shows, we were all better prepared.
Nevertheless, the coffee is outstanding, and not just as an espresso.
That's why I'd like to share it ;)
A cup full of berry-like preserves and flowers with a chocolatey sweetness! Lots of raspberries and strawberries blended together. White flowers, hibiscus, and herbs. Milk chocolate finish.
